Your artifacts will be linked (in text) within your reflection. For instance, you might say, "My Integrated Unit demonstrates my commitment to cross-curricular connections." In this case, the words "Integrated Unit" would be hyperlinked to an actual Integrated Unit in Microsoft Word format. Weebly accomplishes this task very easily, and this system definitely makes for a cleaner presentation of your portfolio and artifacts. If you wish to link to a video, please upload the video to YouTube (as an unlisted video, if you wish, so that no one can see the link unless you provide it) and then link to the video (or embed it with the multimedia options) in Weebly. The tutorial below will assist you with this process.
You are encouraged to use images in your portfolio. Images should enhance your text (be careful not to detract from your overall message). When using images, please be certain that you use images that have been approved for sharing online per Creative Commons licensure. This search tool will allow you to search for and locate images that you may re-use, share, and build upon.
You may create audio reflections or video reflections rather than text reflections for each goal. If you use audio or video reflections, simply embed a link for each artifact referenced in your reflection (using the multimedia options in Weebly) at the bottom of the web page. Title this section "Artifacts".
This is your portfolio - therefore be creative and enjoy the process!
